Antique Toby Mug. Chelsea porcelain gold anchor mark on back of figure. It is in good shape no hairlines cracks or chips or repairs to note. Lots of color and detail. It has the gold anchor mark on back and has a gold number 17 painted on bottom with a number that looks like 82 impressed on bottom. It is quite large and is 9 1/2" tall and depth is about 5 1/2" and width is about 4 1/2". The figural handle is most unusual. All together a nice piece dating circa 1860-80.
